Hi my name is Madi ! I am 24 years old. I absolutely love kids.I’ve always been really good with kids from a young age. I have 3 nieces and 2 nephews (I come from a huge family)I’ve basically raised.Working with kids makes me really happy.I don’t think of working with kids as a job, as it is something I love to do. The last family I worked with for about 2 almost 3 years and we are still really close and they still ask me to babysit here and there.Their children and I have a special bond.I watched the youngest from when she was born up until she was 1 and I watched their second daughter from 1-2.We had a routine everyday and occasionally we would go on walks to the park or to town center to grab some Starbucks.I’m extremely active, up-beat, creative,outgoing and organized.I have great communication skills and Im a total open book. The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is listening, understanding, and caring to your fullest extent. All of these babies are in their most impressionable years. We as adults are teaching them and molding their little personalities in a way. It’s important to teach them compassion and you can do that just by showing them that !

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve worked as a behavioral therapist for 2 years at a foundation called Vista Hill. I absolutely loved it and it was such a rewarding job!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when I had left for a little while due to a recent passing of a loved one and when I came back, their daughter ran to me and did NOT want to let me go. At that moment I realized how much I loved that little girl haha. I hold that family extremely close to my heart. As I said before, this is not just some job I do. It’s something I am passionate about and love to do.
