I also enjoy helping with learning activities depending on their age. Outdoors, I love taking kids to the park, going on walks, playing games, and just letting them be active and have fun. I try to keep a good balance of play, learning, and structure while making sure kids feel comfortable and happy.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure kids feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. In my current daycare role, I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, attentive, and consistent so kids can trust you and feel secure. I also believe in creating a positive environment where they can have fun, learn, and just be themselves. Building that connection and knowing you’re making a difference in their day is what matters most to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was when a child I was caring for was having a rough day and just needed extra comfort. After spending time playing, talking, and helping them calm down, they gave me the biggest hug and told me I made them feel better. It was such a simple moment, but it meant a lot to me because it showed the trust and connection we built. I also love the silly moments—like dancing around, playing pretend, and just making kids laugh.
