"Madison is great with kids of all ages! I have five children and Madison has watched them since the oldest one was a baby! She’s very active with my older kids now (oldest will be 11) and is very nurturing and playful with my youngest two (ages 3 and 6mo) Madison is very well rounded in her care with my kids. I have always felt 100% confident when leaving them under her supervision. Highly recommend!"

The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me about being a nanny is building a genuine, trusting relationship with both the children and their families. I care deeply about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids feel seen, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. I love being part of their growth—whether it’s helping with milestones, boosting their confidence, or simply being someone they can rely on and have fun with. Knowing I can make a positive impact in their everyday lives is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
My experience with special needs children...
In high school, I was actively involved in a program called Best Buddies, where students are paired with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I was partnered with the same student all four years, forming a strong and lasting bond—we still maintain our friendship to this day. This experience gave me a meaningful, hands-on experience supporting a child with special needs, helping me develop patience, empathy, and communication skills that I continue to carry into my caregiving approach today.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite babysitting/nanny moments was helping my nieces take their first few steps. I had been helping my sister by working with them on standing and balance, and seeing the excitement on their face (and my sisters) when they finally did it was such a rewarding and heartwarming experience.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Wilmington, NC: Alex F.
I am from Charlotte, NC and currently attending school at the University of Wilmington as a freshman! I have nannied for 2 families in the time span of 3 years. I first cared for a 6 month old boy for 1 year , and a 3 year old boy with special needs for 2 years. I have been babysitting children anywhere from age newborn to 12 years old for about 3 and a half years now. I am a very active, outgoing, reliable, patient, and responsible person. And most importantly I absolutely love kids and truly have a passion in caring for them. I can ensure a safe and nurturing environment, maintain a consistent routine, and communicate effectively with parents about the child’s progress! I have many referrals that I’d be more than happy to provide as well. Please feel free to reach out! - I am also very comfortable around pets and do have my own car accessible.

Hi! I’m Osiana. I’m a 19-year-old nursing student planning to specialize in pediatrics. I come from a big family with four siblings and a baby niece, so I’ve always loved being around kids. While I’ve never been paid to babysit, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for my little brother and niece.
