One of the girls had medical problems with her heart, so I would have to feed her through a feeding tube every 3 hours and other things based on her specific care. My youngest sister has physical disabilities & has been doing physical & speech therapy her whole life. So I’m relatively well versed when comes to kids who need more attention or care & the patience you need to not be discouraged.
