Hello Families! My name is Madison Juchs. I am 23 years old. I would describe myself as loving, outgoing, responsible and honest. I enjoy traveling, trying new things, spending time with my family and friends, and giving people makeovers! I recently graduated with my Bachelors from Trinity Baptist College. I have 6 years of childcare experience. Most of my experience comes from babysitting and volunteering at a Christian Children’s Home for 6 years. I have a huge passion for helping/caring for people, especially children. I currently work at Trinity Christian Academy as a two year old teacher. I love the children I work with but have wanted to be a full-time nanny for years, so I’m now on the lookout!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been babysitting for about 10 years. I started babysitting as a young teen and have been doing it ever since! When I was 16 I moved to a Christian Children’s Home. My parents worked as live in house parents for 6 years there. While living there I volunteered every day to help with the children. I spent my time building a relationship with each child and made sure they knew they were loved. I helped each child learn important life skills one needs for everyday life. Some skills would include but are not limited to; brushing teeth, getting dressed, social skills, cleaning, bathing, and learning to cope with stress and emotions. I truly love caring for children and believe it is my calling. Since March 2023 I have been working at Trinity Christian Academy. I am a lead teacher for a class of 15 two year olds. I absolutely love them but would prefer to be a nanny. I prefer nannying because it allows me to be able to have a more personal relationship with the whole family.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing crafts, swimming, going on little walks, going to the park, reading, dancing, and singing with the kids!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important thing is to have very good communication with the family. I would want to make sure I knew all of the expectations so I could love and serve the family to the best of my ability.

I have help care for children with behavioral issues, ADHD, and Autism.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One really sweet memory I have is of a little girl I used to take care of. Years after taking care of her she wanted to come visit. I let her come over and spend the night at my house. The next morning after I got ready I noticed my bed was made. I came to find out that she knew I loved my bed made and wanted to make it for me. She was so excited to do it because it was something I taught her to do years ago. It touched my heart and showed me how much she cared for me.
