The most important part about being a nanny is caring about the children and helping them be the best they can be. I have always been someone that was easy to talk to, sometimes kids are nervous, scared or embarrassed to talk to their parents so I let them talk to me. I had a parent once tell me that I helped her daughter gain self confidence and that was so bittersweet to me

I think my favorite moment while watching kids would probably be them challenging me to a just dance battle and we danced so much we were out of breath and then the kids slept so well that night.
