I have participated in VBS where I had my own team of children ranging from 4-9 years old. In my CNA career, I had experience working on the pediatric floor.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love being outside, especially during the colder months. I love playing with them using their toys and imaginations, as well as coming up with activities that are suitable for their age level. I also encourage the child to help me cook or clean if it is necessary, and only if they want to. I am also able to help them with homework if they have any.

The most important part of being a nanny is the trust. Not just between me and the child, but also me and the parents.
My experience with special needs children...
I have limited experience with special needs children, however the basis of one of the classes I have taken was geared towards the care of special needs children and adults. I am willing to educate myself as much as I can for the safety and wellbeing of any child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was watching five siblings of all different ages. We went outside to soak up some sun, and the kids were running around laughing and playing with each other. I went and sat on the swing while the little two year old tried to push me. It was precious. When we went inside and cleaned up, one of the middle children tried to teach me how to play Fortnite, but I wasn't getting the hang of it, so that moment was full of giggles.
