The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and happy environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I love watching them learn, grow, and explore the world with curiosity and excitement. Building a strong, trusting relationship with each child is my priority, as it allows them to feel secure, confident, and eager to learn. Seeing their progress and happiness is the most rewarding part of childcare for me.
My experience with special needs children...
While I have not worked with other families caring for children with special needs, I have personal experience with my 5-year-old nephew, who has autism. I care for him often and support his learning and development at his own pace, using patience, creativity, and encouragement to help him thrive.
