My experience with special needs children...
I raised a autistic child (lived with them) for 6 years. My job was to feed the child 3x a day not including snacks, help the child use the potty, made sure school work was done. I also played games with the child (dress up, cars, blocks, etc.). Most important, I loved the child like he was my own.
