For years I’ve worked in my church’s children’s program. I’ve also babysat both inside and outside of my own family since I was a teenager. After graduating from high school I was also a short term day time babysitter for a family while the parents were at work, the position was temporary but I was able to help care for three girls who were quite fun to be around.

I love to do anything where the imagination can run free. I’m also a big fan of arts and crafts.

I feel children do best when an adult can be calm. It can be hard as we’re all human but children feed off emotions of those around them. Finding a way to ground yourself long enough to get a situation handled and everyone taken care of is key.
