More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Growing up I was always helping out with the younger children in the family. Babysitting became a norm for me while getting older. When I was 16 I worked at a daycare for about a year and loved it! I was working mainly with the infants, and learning so much about the early stages. After working there I started nannying for a family of 3 boys. Ages ranging from 7 years to 6 months old. I helped them with their daily routines for about 3 years. I then moved to Arizona, while living here I nannied for a family with a 1 year old. We would spend lots of our time outside, at parks, reading books, and dancing!

I enjoy pretty much every activity with children! Being able to see them enjoy themselves and learn new things with hobbies/activities is so special.

The most important part about being a nanny is being a positive influence in their cognitive and physical development. The beginning years of a child’s life are the most important and aiding that process is a wonderful part of being a nanny.

One of my favorite moments ever was hearing one of my nanny kids saying his first word! I was getting ready to put him down for a nap and I was reading him a book about bugs and he pointed at one of them while I was reading and says “bud” (bug)! I was sooo excited I started squeeling but still trying to stay kind of calm because it was nap time, but it just made me overjoyed being there for that big moment!!
