The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, loved, and cared for every day. I want them to know they always have someone they can trust and have fun with while also helping them learn and grow. One of my favorite parts of nannying is building those relationships and seeing the kids feel comfortable enough to be themselves. Hearing them tell me they love me is the best feeling because it lets me know I've made a positive impact in their lives.

My favorite nanny moments are when the children I care for tell me they love me. To me, that's the greatest compliment because it shows they've built trust with me, feel safe in my care, and know they are loved and supported every day.
