The most important part about being a nanny...
i have so many i can't possibly choose, but one of the best babysitting moments i've experienced was when i was teaching a girl about money (coins), we'd do it every-time we put money in her piggy bank and one time i asked her to identify a coin and she got it correct, a wonderful moment it was, i felt extremely proud.
