One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a shy toddler gain confidence over time. At first, she would hold my hand everywhere we went and was hesitant to join activities. After months of encouragement, she proudly walked into class by herself and said, “I can do it!” Seeing children grow, become independent, and feel proud of themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of working with kids.
