Hi! My Name is Maggie Hales, I am a fully licensed Speech Language-Assistant working in the Baltimore City School System! I am offering my services as a full-time (speech specific) nanny from July 1st to August 7th.

I work primarily with children with special needs (ASD, neurodivergence, down syndrome), at a local Primary School (ages 3-5). In college, however, I worked with a wide range of kids, meeting the needs of each parent, with a wide range of placements, backgrounds, and ages.

Through hands on FUNCTIONAL experiences like sensory bins, baking fun recipes, and any other afternoon adventures, kids really develop greater communication, and a deeper understanding of themselves and those around them!

I have been working with special needs children for the past 2 years at my full time position with Baltimore City! I primarily work with Autistic kids, but I have a wide range of experience. Anything from Down Syndrome to more specific Language / speech disorders, I have experience with all stages and ages!
