I think that a lot of people would say 'oh the kids' and while yes 100% the kids I think it is so so so important that you as a nanny are kind, patient, good at communicating, and able to have fun and respect with and for the kiddo(s) that you are working with while still being in charge.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is from when I first started nannying. The family that I nanny for right now has 3 kids and when I started with them they only had 2, the second one was 2 when I started. Once we got attached to each other, everytime that I would walk through the door she would scream my name and run and give me the biggest hug and just cuddle me for the first 5 minutes of me being there.
