Hi! My name is Maia Medina I am 20 years old and have been in home babysitting since age 10. Prior to that I was working in child ministries since age 8. I currently coach 8u softball and am a student pursuing a degree in elementary education as well as a full time private nanny. Some of my hobbies include baking, sports, cooking, and crafts of all types. I’ve worked with kids as little at 2 months old and as old as a senior in a memory care facility. Leaving a footprint on a child’s life through the advice you give and lessons you teach. I love when a child shows personal growth with and without the gentle redirection given by an adult.

My experience with special needs children...

I have nannied for children with ADHD and have also nannied for a child with level 2 autism who was nonverbal. I’ve worked beside speech therapists and ABA therapy as well as regular therapy/counseling.
