I have babysat all my life and currently babysit on occasions for former families that I have been able to get to know through my current job. I used to work at an Infant care center for nearly five years. I used to nanny one of my former students. Taking him home from the center and feeding, playing, bathing him and getting him ready for bed.
I currently am at a daycare/preschool and been working with the infant room and the 2-3 year old room.
I am ready to venture out and work along with a family so I can start to focus a little more on school. So, that one day I can become a peds nurse.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Going on walks around the neighborhood, playing with chalk or playing with ball, anything outside is always fun! Warmer weather is best for water play! if the weather is too hot or its just too cold or rainy, reading, puzzles and crafts are fun too! I do enjoy hands on art with the kids- a little mess never hurts!
The most important part about being a nanny...
That I get to help children grow and learn new things, from them learning how to say new words or that they enjoy getting messy with paint. Teaching them things that make them happy.
