More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am currently an au pair, looking after five children aged 5 to 11, managing school runs, meals, homework help, and planning fun, creative activities. Before moving to the U.S., I worked as a babysitter while studying in business school, caring for children of various ages in the evenings and weekends. I’ve also cared for younger cousins, family friends’ children, and helped with kids’ activities during community events.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

With me, every day is an opportunity to learn, explore, and have fun. I love organizing creative workshops such as arts & crafts, painting, and DIY projects that spark imagination. Outdoor time is just as important, so I enjoy planning adventures in nature from treasure hunts and picnics in the park to fun games in the backyard.
I also like to bring children into the kitchen for simple baking or cooking activities, making delicious treats while teaching new skills. Reading is another favorite, I often turn stories into role-play sessions or help children create their own little books. Learning is made fun, whether through homework help, science experiments, or themed days like pirates, princesses, or pajama parties.
Of course Music, dancing, and even putting on small performances are part of my activities, helping children express themselves and gain confidence. My goal is to create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where each child can thrive and make unforgettable memories.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting and caring relationship with the children. It means being patient, attentive, and reliable—so that children feel safe, loved, and supported every day.

A nanny’s role goes beyond supervision; it’s about nurturing their growth, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them develop confidence and happiness. Creating a positive environment where children can express themselves freely and feel understood is what truly makes a difference.. as an au pair taking care of 5 kids, I confirm !

My experience with special needs children...

I care for children with diverse needs, including one with ADHD and another with significant communication and social skills challenges. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt routines, create structured yet flexible activities, and provide individualized support.

I focus on encouraging positive behaviors, building confidence, and finding creative ways to engage each child according to their personality and needs. Whether it’s breaking tasks into manageable steps, using visual aids, or practicing social interaction through play, my goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was the day my 7-year-old host child taught me how to sail. She was so proud to share her passion and skills with me, and seeing her confidence shine made me feel truly honored. It was a special reminder of how much children can teach us, and how much joy there is in learning together !!
