My name is Makayla and I am a 19-year-old Nursing student at the University of Michigan and am BLS certified, as well as trained to deal with medical emergencies and daily medications due to being in Nursing school. I have lots of experience with kids! I currently work as a tutor for elementary students while at school, I worked as an assistant teacher at a daycare in High school, I have had here and there babysitting jobs, and I have a brother 12 years younger than me that I helped to raise! Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love playing outside, especially during the summer, and doing water activities with children to get them outdoors! I love to take bike rides and to take park trips as often as possible. I'm very creative so I love to come up with unique crafts for the children to do for them to get hands on and use their imagination! I think its very important for children to do hands on activities and get away from screens especially during the summer and to get outside and enjoy the nice weather!
