"I highly recommend Malu for any position where she works closely with children, especially in a babysitting or nannying capacity. I had Malu in my home during the summer watching my two children, who were 5 and 2 at the time. During her time with us, she proved to be unwaveringly patient. She did a wonderful job validating their feelings and making them feel seen and heard when they were upset. Both of my children looked forward to her returning the next day. As she took the time to get to know them, she tailored the days’ activities to what they both enjoyed doing. She was very attentive to their needs and she respected any wishes I had for them, such as limiting screen time, with no problems at all. She showed up on time each day with a good attitude. She was also very helpful in picking up any toys and messes that were made.
