I have worked with children from 2 months -12 years. I owned and operated my own daycare center in California for many years. I worked for a number of school districts in California before I moved to Oregon. I have worked for Beaverton schools with kinder-5 grade as a Parra educator. I am currently working as a pre-k teacher but am looking for something part time, maybe full time as needed. Arts and crafts, singing, dancing, reading, dramatic play, the list goes on… I believe it is best to read the child at any give time, A child will most definitely give the signals. when there is interest or when I see it is time to move on to a different activity.
