Hello all!
My name is Francine but everyone calls me Mardi. For the last 13 years, I have spent dedicated time to helping many children and families through care.com. I've also helped many neighbors and family friends as well.I've cared for infants, toddlers, elementary aged, middle school and high school aged children.
My passion is to ensure that each child's needs are met through proper care and nourishment. I love to create fun, routine-based activities that guide them through structure. Every child is different and should be constantly met with different approaches, all positively.
Through my experience, I am able to recognize and adapt to every child's nature. It is my job to help guide them in discovering themselves, keep them on track with proper daily structures which would not only have them busy but build good habits.
Most importantly, I create a safe space for them to freely be themselves and adventure/navigate the world through their young, free and innocent minds.
