"Maretta started out mostly focusing on caregiving for my autistic daughter (now 9 years old). She was caring, immediately invested in supporting her, quick to learn about her needs, consistently positive and fun. My daughter quickly built trust with Maretta and looked forward to being with her. Maretta also developed a great relationship with my other children (now ages 3-13) and would watch them along with my special needs daughter or when needed otherwise. Maretta joined us to support my special needs daughter on family trips and watched all our children for long weekends occasionally. Maretta is amazing with kids of all ages and abilities. She is very capable in even difficult situations (such as arise when my autistic daughter would become dysregulated). She always made the time fun for my kids and they absolutely love when Maretta was with them. Some of my children have some anxieties about me leaving but if Maretta was the sitter they easily felt comfortable."
