A little bit about me

Wonderful aunt (and babysitter) to eight beautiful nieces and nephews! I am a retired non-profit professional and rescue dogs and cats. My last Greyhound and I trained as a therapy dog team. We worked at long-term care facilities, the airport, and schools to read with children. Although I was never blessed with children, all of my friends' children call me "Auntie Margie!"

I find so much joy in being around children - I love their innocence, sweetness, inquisitiveness, a simple delight in the world around them.

During my career, I worked at St. Mary's School for the Deaf where many of our students had more challenges other than deafness. I am very comfortable with special needs children.

I look forward to being able to provide the love and stability your children need while you are at work.
