"Maja has been our nanny since our son was a few months old and has been taking care of our son and another boy of the same age in a nanny share we hosted in our home since January 2025. The boys are headed to preschool so she is now looking for a new family.
Maja is a very caring and kind person. She has plenty of experience as a mother herself and she had several years of nanny experience with babies prior to working with us. She enjoys learning about child development, is good at establishing routines, has a gentle approach to discipline and keeps the boys entertained without screens. A highlight is her cooking skills and ability to sneak vegetables into foods kids will eat.
It has also been great being able to have the boys hearing and learning Spanish all day. We hope another family will welcome her into their home!"

"Maria Alejandra was a wonderful asset to our family as she cared for my twins. She joined us right before I went back to work when the twins were about 3-4 months old and cared for our twins until they were almost a year old. She helped with all of the responsibilities surrounding the care of my little ones. She was very focused on their routine and adjusted as they grew older. As a mother and previous caregiver, her experience was valued and brought a much needed expertise to our household. She was a huge help to our family and cared for my twins like they were her own."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Working with different families has taught me that there is no single right way to do things. Every family and every child is unique, so I have learned to adapt to their individual needs while providing respectful, personalized care.
My experience has allowed me to create and manage age-appropriate routines, develop knowledge of newborn and infant safety and basic care, support the introduction of solid foods, and prepare healthy meals adapted to different cultural backgrounds. I have also gained experience planning engaging recreational and developmental activities, providing emotional support, and developing strong observational skills that allow me to recognize each baby’s needs quickly and respond with confidence.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the first years of life are one of the most important stages in a person’s development. To me, being a nanny means much more than providing care—it means intentionally supporting one of the most meaningful stages in a child’s and a family’s life. I believe in adapting to each family’s values, routines, and individual needs, recognizing that every baby is unique. I also believe that teamwork and open communication with parents are essential to providing safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have experience with children with special needs, I am open to being able to do it if the opportunity arises.
The most important part about being a nanny...
What I enjoy most about being a nanny is the opportunity to closely support children’s growth and development. This profession has been a constant learning experience for me, allowing me to deepen my understanding of child development and appreciate that every stage brings new challenges, discoveries, and special moments. I especially enjoy caring for babies during their first year of life, as their growth is remarkable and every milestone is exciting to witness. I also love their funny little moments, their games, and the affection they naturally share, which makes every day unique.
Working with different families across the United States has also been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. I’ve been fortunate to build meaningful relationships, and I carry wonderful memories from every family I’ve had the privilege of working with. I’m truly grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me and for everything we’ve learned from one another.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in San Francisco, CA: Nancy E.
Hello families, my name is Nancy, I’m 34 years old and I was born and raised in Mexico. I’m looking for a full time position as a nanny in San Francisco. Available monday-friday and ocasional babysitting as well.
I've been working as a nanny for 7+ years and have had an amazing experience and connection with each of the families I've worked for.
I consider myself as a responsible, reliable, patient, caring and loving person. I truly love working with kids and do everything I can to provide a safe and fun environment. I love outdoor activities like taking kids to parks, museums and zoo, doing fun stuff is always better than just staying home. Of course sometimes we just need to stay home so for that time we need to make sure the kids are involved in activities like playing, sing, arts, crafts and reading.
