A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Maria and I have have a plethora of experience working with children. I have been employed at Disney World, SeaWorld, and Cedar Fair as a photographer and character performer. There, I photographed and performed for children and families before going back to school for Adolescent and Young Adult Education with an emphasis in English. During the school year, I enjoy working as an Advisor for a Model UN team at a local high school. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work overseas at a military base. For three months, I spent 45 hours a week with children at a daily summer camp. In Germany, I had the chance to help run the CYS Youth Center where all of the teenagers spent their time. I have been babysitting for a couple who has a 2 year old and a baby during the month I've been back home from Europe. I have also been working as a teacher with the Children's Theatre Workshop.
