I have experienced watching children in a home setting since I myself was a teenager. It wasn’t until I entered philanthropic/career oriented paths did I realize I really enjoy my time with children. Knowing that you positively impacted a young person's life and seeing how the lessons you’ve taught them are brought into their adulthood provides a purpose that I believe not many other careers can bring.
