I think the most important part about being a nanny is probably making sure that the kids are happy but also still following family rules! I think sometimes babysitters will just let the kids do whatever they want, but I think it is best when you make sure the kids know they can’t just do whatever they want when you’re nannying, but also make sure they are having fun and learning!
