To me the most important part about being a nanny is being with the kids themselves and understanding them. I love seeing kids personalities shine when we get that bond to where they trust me. Or when they aren’t scared to open about whatever they need to be.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have much experience, but my friend has a special needs cousin and i’ve played with him as well as watched over him for a few hours.
