Mariana is extraordinary with my son! I can believe she is with other kids she takes care of. She is a well organized young women, as well as caring, responsible, understanding, patient, loving, fun. She takes initiative when necessary. Edwin loves her to the point when he knows I’m going to work he is always up with me waiting for Mariana to arrive. She is on time when it comes to work and flexible if necessary.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to take Mariana with my family and I because we are moving to another state. But, any family will be blessed and amazed to have Mariana as their nanny."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as well as a Certified Home Health Aid (HHA). I currently help provide care for 8 advanced ALS residents in a specialized home at Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love getting creative with kids. I love arts and crafts, puzzles, board games, reading, and music. I also enjoy creating unique, fun or challenging indoor/outdoor games to keep them happy and smiling.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love seeing how their minds work, watching them grow and develop. I like knowing that I can make a positive impact on a child's life. Seeing them smile and knowing that if they're not smiling, that they'll feel comfortable talking to me about what's bothering them. My goal is to be there, be present and make life better in anyway that I can for the children as well as their family.
My experience with special needs children...
I don't have experience taking care of special needs children. But in High School I was apart of a Buddy program where I would spend time and sit with Autistic teens at lunch. I did this so they would feel more included and so they would have more or a sense of belonging. I know it's not the same but I do have experience taking care of ALS patients although they are not children. I cant promise that I will know everything when it comes to a child with special needs. But I can guarantee that I am willing to be patient and to learn whatever I can to make things easier and be able to help.
