Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of the District of Columbia, and I have been working with kids since 2014.
I worked in the Montessori School of Washington DC from 2014 to 2020 in the toddlers classroom with kids 18 months to 2.5 years old.
I have been working at Little Ivies DC since 2021 as a playgroup teacher.
Also, I have been babysitting jobs in between since 2016.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do arts and crafts, cooking, pretend play, imaginative play and teaching them through play.
I also enjoy museums, playgrounds, and walks around the neighborhood.

Understanding child's needs, and have a clear communication with parents about expectations, and goals, to ensure we have achieve the same outcomes regarding child's learning and development.

Since I have been working in childcare settings I have been in contact with special needs children, and while ensuring meeting their basic needs I tried to help them learn and succeed by modifying learning activities and games according to their abilities.
