The most important part about being a nanny...

Giving parents piece of mind and that the kids in my care will be safe and cared for and nurtured and treated as they are my own. Everybody will be included and I won't provide to the best of my ability and inviting and warm atmosphere and environment. I make it a point to make sure everyone feels welcomed and included.

My experience with special needs children...

I I have a nephew who is autistic that I was a nanny for for 3 full summer hours. He suffered from epileptic seizures and was a very hyper active little guy. He is an awesome boy who is all grown up now.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When the activities get started and it's one that they get to show off their artistic skills or their creative side that they are exploring for the first time. They see their final work all dome and they give it to the parents. Its a really cool feeling seeing the parents faces and joy because they get to see their little one in a whole new grown up light.
