A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Maritza, I am a UC Irvine graduate. I double-majored in Educational Sciences(emphasis in Early Child Development) and Spanish Literature and Culture. I have worked with children, in different environments, for the past six years. This has allowed me to develop a unique set of skills that aid me in understanding infancy and toddlerhood. Previously, I have worked at a private preschool where I was stationed in the infant and toddler classroom. While in this position I was trained to administer napping/sleep training, feeding schedules and sign language. In addition, I performed a sequence of physical, verbal, mental, and emotional growth, as well as toddler education. I have also worked at an Early Child Development daycare, while doing my own independent work during my free time. To sum it all up, I love children, & I am very passionate and proud about my work!
