A little bit about me

I am in my seventh year as a Special Education teacher's aid and job coach working with high school students. I have worked with a variety of students with mild to severe disabilities. I spent most of my career as a professional gymnastics coach and administrator working with students ages 1 year to young adults. I am also a professional artist. I have taught private art lessons as well as group lessons to children and adults. I have taught a free Art Program as part of the Summer Reading Program at our local public library for 15 summers. I was nanny for several years for three young children. I was raised on a farm and love to cook and bake delicious meals and treats. I have tutored many children in reading and writing. I am a yoga teacher and an avid paddle boarder.
I am the solitary parent of an incredible daughter who is the light of my life.
