Hi, I'm Kady! I've been teaching and caring for kids since I was 15. I have a B.S. in Education from Plymouth State (place-based education, minor in adventure education) and a Montessori certification for ages 9 to 12.
I've taught in Montessori classrooms for years: preschool at the Blue Heron School, a nature-based program at Squam Lakes Natural Science Center; five years as upper elementary teacher at Andover School of Montessori, plus their summer preschool; lead elementary at Southern NH Montessori Academy; and assistant elementary at North End Montessori.
Before that, I taught wilderness skills at summer camp from age 15 through high school, and was a nanny in Norway for a baby, a 4-year-old and a 9-year-old.
I'm mom to Finney, who turns 3 in January. I'm looking for a part-time nanny share where Finney comes along and your child gets a built-in playmate. Expect outdoor time, hands-on learning, and a calm Montessori approach.
