A little bit about me

I have very recently moved from Marin County, CA where I was employed as a child caregiver for 10 years. In all I worked for 6 families on full and part time basis. After many years in the corporate world these children and their families brought a joy and sense of fulfillment that was all encompassing. The children ranged in ages from newborn ( including twins) to 7 years.
My philosophy of childcare is that we teach. In getting to know each child we try and find their strengths and proceed in our relationship to them from this. Some children are more physical , some will want story after story read to them etc. each unique and each amazing really.
I can provide excellent references and am flexible with schedules and believe in open communication and trust between families and their chosen caregiver.
