I have worked summer camp where I took care of 9-11 kids at a time 24/7 for a full week. I got a new set of kids every week for two months. I also currently working as a care giver in a memory care unit of a retirement facility.

While I have never nannied a child in a home, when at camp one of my favorite memories Is seeing how excited the kids were to do the activities they loved, or when I could do something for them. For example one of my girls was upset and felt left out so I set up a private hammock time with me and her, and she was so happy to feel like she was getting all the attention even if it was for only 30 minutes.
