Hi my name is Max, I am 19 years old I live in Bel Air MD. I have been baby sitting occasionally and for an extra job for the past 6 years. I attended Freestate Military Academy to get my high school diploma, CPR cert, First Aid cert. My best friend growing up had Aspergers so I am quite adept with dealing with kids with autism or on the spectrum. I am very willing to work on school work and especially get them out of the house. My goal is by the time you get home even though you just had a break, is to give you another by them being asleep. I am disciplined but not to the point where the kids view me as “grown up”. I find it’s easiest to get along with kids when they think of you just a big one that still deserves respect. So I like to make games out of chores, or have goals of schoolwork and chores to get small rewards. I have a car so we can always be ready for emergencies, activities, last minute gigs.
