The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many but I truly just enjoy forming a bond with the kids and the parents. My personal favorite was when the toddler i nannied had croup. He wanted to sleep with me in the guest room, and despite taking up the whole bed at 3 years old, it was the sweetest thing ever! I truly loved that I was a safe space for him, and it made me feel much closer to him as a caregiver. His parents also loved that they wouldn’t have a toddler coughing in their face. Win win!
