Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have babysat for the past 4 years. I have experience with babysitting two and three children at a time, ages ranging 2-13 years old. Some of my babysitting included overnights. Additionally, I have been a nanny for an infant (3–4-month-old) for a couple months. I also assisted a teacher with her class of 3rd graders for a month. I tutored in high school. I also personally soccer trained two middle school girls for the past two summers. I have volunteered with TopSoccer which involved playing soccer with children with special needs.

Arts and Crafts, sports, walking, playset, educational activities, or simply watching a movie if the child is looking to relax.

What matters most to me about being a nanny is ensuring the child is in an environment that is safe and nurturing. I feel it is vital to implement trust with the child. Having trust allows an atmosphere of growth and learning to be established, which further emphasizes healthy development.
My experience with special needs children...
I have participated in TOPSoccer, which is a recreational sports program that works with children who have intellectual, emotional, and/or physical disabilities. My dad, my brothers, and I would all go on Saturday mornings where we would each get paired with the children to teach/play soccer with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
An infant I used to nanny for was around 3-4 months old and he did not have the ability to laugh yet. So, every day during playtime he would smile and scream as his form of laughter! I thought it was adorable and really ensured that he was experiencing emotions of overwhelming happiness.
