For the past five years, I have been a coach for Susquehanna Valley Soccer; this includes camps, practices, and practice scheduling. I assist other coaches with children as young as 4 years old, up to the varsity level.
My clinical coursework at The University of Scranton has helped me gain hands-on experience in child care in various settings. In addition to this, I have had the opportunity to learn about different learning principles, child developmental milestones, and to develop a strong understanding of what an infant, toddler, or child may need throughout the day.
Up-to-date Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, FBI background check, PPD testing, and Flu shot.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing learning activities with kids as their guardian or when the child themselves requests. I also enjoy outdoor activities and am a very active person myself. I also enjoy doing indoor activities like crafts, small science projects (depending on age), and other play activities.
My experience with special needs children...
I myself have not been in a setting alone with a child who has special needs. However, I have had clinical coursework and experience with children with a variety of needs. I have the most hands-on experience with children who have autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and ADD/ADHD.
