A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Mckenzie. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, 5 of those were with an amazing nanny family. I have been a stay at home mom for the past two years but want to get back into nannying. I have lots of experience with food allergies and sensitivities. I have extensive first aid training from being an EMT running 911 calls and providing in hospital care at the local pediatric emergency room. I am BLS CPR certified, clean background and driving record. I would ideally like to find a family to nanny for that would not mind my two year old son tagging along (I would provide everything he needs plus extras since kids love to have what others have!). More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have babysitting experience on and off for the past 13 years. I nannied for one family for 5 years during college. I also have worked with children when I was an EMT at a local pediatric emergency room.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love outdoor play! Rain or shine you can find us at the park, local walking/hiking trails, or the children's museum. When staying in, I enjoy doing crafts, building with blocks, and playing pretend.

is giving the parents peace of mind that their children are in good hands. Along with giving the children a safe and nurturing environment where they are free to explore and learn.

I don't have much nanny experience with special needs children, but I have worked with them in a medical environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have so many great memories of my previous nanny family! One that is most memorable would be when the kids took turns wearing my shoes and jacket walking around the house pretending to be me. All of us had so many laughs and it was fun listening to all the silly impressions they had of me!
