My favorite nanny moment with my previous family is:
The family bonding we all did as my last days got closer. I had been with their family for 2+ years and we all had a strong bond but seeing that it was stronger than we all thought was very touching and warmed my heart.
One of our last family outings was a trip to Grandma’s house for the Fourth of July. We drove there all together, rode bikes all day, went swimming in the pool, had a bbq, and set off fireworks. A few weeks later, G’s mom gave me a beautiful photo book with his infancy photos all the way to our last week together.
And after moving out of state, I’d still visit every opportunity I could!
