A little bit about me

Hello! I am a current Psychology major at Texas A&M University. In my free time, I am a fun, adventurous, and creative spirit. For as long as I can remember, I have been been a caregiver. I grew up taking care of 15 kids on bible study nights, volunteering in my church's early childhood center, and caring for almost everyone I could. I have always valued how people can nurture their child's spirit and mind. This has led to my pursuit of a career in Early Childhood Psychology. In addition to learning about early cognition for the past few years, I have played a large part in caring for my niece. For the better part of 2020, I have played and laughed with her as she grew and developed. She is now almost a year old, and I can officially say I've gotten a handle on the newborn routine. As I will miss this, I'm looking for a way to create joy with more kiddos while supporting myself through college.
