Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have no official experience but I have lots of niece and nephews. I used to babysit them every time we used to meet. It wasn’t only for a day but depending from a week to a month.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing various games such as red light green light and games I make up randomly (On a count of 3, one player will say a color and other players must touch an object of that color within the next five seconds). I also teach them how to play with a toy in a different way (If they have a cup set, make a cup tower by flipping the cups upside down). I’ve noticed that kids usually like to play these games a lot. I also tell them made up fairytale stories according to how they like to hear stories.

Taking care of them in the best way possible and trying to babysit them in a similar manner to how their parents do it. Because, if the babysitting ways are different, the child may become confused on how to react.

When the kids asks me to help them with something like finding an object. Since it takes time for children to be comfortable around strangers, these moments feel like an achievement. Also when they fall asleep in my arms, it just melts my heart!
