A little bit about me

I have been a nanny since April of 2018. Prior to that I worked in childcare, full time for 2 years and part time for 6. I have worked with all age groups from newborns up to high school students. I enjoy reading, writing, arts & crafts, board games and going outside.

I provide light house cleaning, transportation to school and other activities, prepare meals, go on outings and overall care for the children.

I promote independence and learning of life skills. I also teach social, emotional and academic skills. I set clear age appropriate expectations, logical and natural consequences. My number one rule is safety first, followed by being respectful and responsible. My role is to teach children the foundational skills they will need to be successful later in life and how to interact with the world around them.
