The most important thing about being a nanny is the love given to children. Whether that is through encouragement, caring for their physical/emotional needs or even giving them loving instruction and correction. All of these things are important to the growth and stability of a child while the most important people in their lives (Mommy and Daddy) are away or busy with work.
