More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to working in a daycare setting, I’ve cared for children in private homes where I supported families with their day-to-day routines. I have experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. My responsibilities have included preparing meals, changing diapers, helping with homework, organizing activities, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
I’ve also cared for younger siblings and family members over the years, which taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of creating a loving and supportive space for children to grow and thrive.
I’m confident in handling multiple children, supporting different developmental stages, and adapting to each family’s unique needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and consistent environment where children can feel secure and thrive — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
It’s about more than just watching them — it’s about building trust, being a positive role model, and supporting their growth in every stage. I believe children remember how you made them feel, so I always aim to bring patience, kindness, and joy into their daily lives.
It also means supporting the family as a whole, respecting their values, routines, and communication — and working together as a team to raise happy, confident little humans.

My experience with special needs children...
I’ve had the opportunity to work with children with special needs, and it’s been one of the most meaningful parts of my childcare experience. I understand the importance of patience, routine, and adapting my approach to fit each child’s unique needs.
Whether supporting children with developmental delays, autism, or behavioral challenges, I focus on creating a calm, understanding environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged. I work closely with parents to follow any therapy plans, communication styles, or sensory needs, always prioritizing the child’s comfort and well-being.
I’m a caring and flexible caregiver who truly believes every child deserves to feel seen, loved, and empowered — exactly as they are.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when a little boy I cared for, who was very shy at first and barely spoke to anyone, finally opened up to me. After a few weeks of building trust through play, books, and just being patient, he suddenly ran up to me one morning, hugged me tightly, and said, “You’re my best friend.”
That moment reminded me why I love doing this — it’s not just about routines or responsibilities, but about building real connections with the children and making them feel safe, loved, and confident in themselves.
