One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is watching children accomplish something they've been working hard to achieve. Whether it's hearing a child's first words, helping them learn and new skill, or seeing their excitement when they finally master something that once felt difficult, those moments are incredible rewarding. Being able to celebrate their growth and know I played a small role in their development is what makes childcare so meaningful to me.
